Nadiya writes regularly for online publications including The Aleph Review and RIC (ric.com). She used to write under a pseudonym up until recently when she decided to own herself finally.
The Aleph Review has published two of her poems in their yearly publication in the year 2021 and 2023. This is a paperback publication.
She is currently working on publishing an anthology of poems she has written over the years.
She loves writing without form and sometimes uses shapes to write certain poems. She also intentionally uses small letters and no capitalization in all her work. She employs variation including haiku or the use of her native language which is Urdu. She also works around composing poetry in an image form. As she states, ‘anything that can express the poem stuck in me’.
