Laura Varnam

Laura Varnam is the Lecturer in Old and Middle English Literature at University College, Oxford. Her poetry is inspired by the medieval texts that she teaches, in particular the Old English epic Beowulf. Her poetry has been published in Atrium, Acropolis Journal, Crow of Minerva, Dreich, Green Ink Poetry, Ink Sweat & Tears, The Oxford Magazine, and is forthcoming in Bad Lilies, MIR Online, After…Poetry, and (with a creative-critical essay) in the academic journal postmedieval.
